How to Play
Players play solo, in a group, or as part of a competing team to act as investigators and to examine the material within a case file, in any manner or order, to determine which suspect had motive, means, and opportunity to commit the crime.
What's MMO?
MMO refers to motive, means, and opportunity, and only one suspect will have all three.
- Motive - The reason for acting; Motive is WHY the suspect did it.
- Means - The ability to act; Means is HOW the suspect did it.
- Opportunity - Having an opening or chance to act.
When you are ready to confirm the guilty suspect, access the Answer (a separate PDF for digital downloads or within a sealed envelope for physical cases).

It all began...
It's cliche, but our exploration into developing games literally began on a stormy night in 2020. Bored and restless, the founding designer slowly grew desperate in search of low-cost, accessible entertainment. Unfortunately, video games were of no interest, and with "spotty" internet, the web was an unlikely solution to cure endless boredom.
After playing other true-crime-themed games, the founder called some old classmates to form a team of crime fiction lovers, puzzle makers, writers, and enthusiastic storytellers to serve individuals, duos, and groups who are equally as passionate and creative!
Crime & Logic Games designs fictional case files that players (a.k.a. investigators) aim to solve by examining realistic elements that complement gameplay without assigning characters to "act out" the mystery, allowing solo play.
Each case file contains suspect/witness statements, evidence, and documentation while incorporating a few red herrings to create a meaningful challenge without frustrating players.
Want to know the best part? Because there are no subscriptions and each case file acts as a standalone game, investigators do not need to have any base game or previous case file.
